An entrepreneur with decades of experience building businesses in the UAE and across the Middle East, Vinod Nambiar brings a strong understanding of business, leadership and the region’s evolving commercial landscape.
Originally from Palakkad, Kerala, he graduated in Plastic Engineering and began his professional journey with the Al-Futtaim Group before building his own business ventures.
Today, as Chairman and CEO of the Winteran Group of Companies, he leads a diversified business group with interests across manufacturing, engineering, trading and contracting.

With experience across business, management and media, Smita Vinod brings a different perspective to Media Vibes.
She serves as Group General Manager at Vintron General Trading LLC and is also the Managing Partner of Media Vibes.
As a licensed UAE media influencer, she works across both sides of the equation — understanding how businesses operate and how stories are communicated in today’s media landscape.
Her role at Media Vibes is centred around shaping the company’s direction, developing opportunities and building its presence within the UAE’s evolving media and business ecosystem.
